Digital Egypt for Universities contains sections on archeological records, art and architecture, communication technologies, ideology and beliefs, technology and industry, contacts between peoples, social history and the exact sciences. Information is also divided by timelines. an A-Z index and maps.
The primary aim of the website is to act as a support for learning across different disciplines. The site is aimed at those whose study subjects include a historical dimension—architecture, art, medicine, science, religion, literature, gender studies, cultural studies, museum studies.
