Dennis William Hauck
Dennis William Hauck is a recognized leader in the emerging field of consciousness studies and has contributed to a number of related fields such as the scientific study of mystical experiences, with particular emphasis on Western alchemy as a spiritual path.
He is a popular author and lecturer working to facilitate personal, cultural, and global transformation through the ancient principles of alchemy. He teaches the universal methods of physical, psychological, and spiritual transformation to a wide variety of audiences ranging from scientists and business leaders to religious and esoteric organizations.
Hauck's interest in alchemy began while he was in graduate school at the University of Vienna, where he discovered a number of original alchemy manuscripts in the 600-year-old university library.
In the seventeenth century, Vienna and nearby Prague served as the European hub for the study of alchemy, and hundreds of alchemical manuscripts were written there. He began reading and researching European alchemy and has since translated a number of important Latin and German alchemy manuscripts.
He is currently working on an English translation of the million-word Die Alchemie by Dr. Gottlieb Latz.
